It is an exciting time for Almshouse Consortium Limited (ACL) the group representing almshouse charities in the UK that wish to develop their properties in co-operation with the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) through their Investment Partner system. Given that we are mid-programme now in the 2015-18 phase our member charities have many excellent projects on site as you will see from this booklet. The projects show that ACL is delivering new and remodelled homes for people who really need them indicating just what a vibrant sector the almshouse movement continues to be. It has been a pleasure to work with so many dedicated charities, the programme management team and not least the HCA, who continue to support our sector.
