We are thrilled to announce that our client JV North has launched a £560m Framework to build 4,000 homes.
JV North, whose members manage over 125,000 homes, is inviting contractors and consultants to bid for places on its four-year framework across 3 Contractor lots and 9 Consultant Lots. Saffer Cooper will be assisting JV North in the procurement of the Framework but are also Programme Managers for the framework in terms of unit delivery utilising Homes England Grant.
There will also be a new JV North Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) to be launched soon. The DPS will have lots for schemes up to £2million and also a lot for Modern Methods of Construction (MMC). More news to follow on the launch of the DPS.
